Prof.Dr. Khalid bd El-Gafer, the minister of the higher education asserts that the he makes sure that the universities are nicely- up and running as long as the universities presidents are still in office. He adds that the research centers are very important and stresses that the devoted researchers are 40% and most of them re located in the research centers. The minister says that there aresome criteria to which the research centers adheres and he requestsof the researchers’ ages in the research centers as well.
