Benha University has participated by a delegation from the faculty of education in the events of the 5th Scientific and 3rd International Conference organized by the faculty of education, Port Said University under the title of “Egyptian school in the 21th century in the light of global trends for education”.
In the same context, Dr. Alaa Saad El Din, the Professor at the faculty of education and the director of FLDC, Benha University said the faculty has participated by a scientific research under the title of “Science and Technology Excellence Schools: Opportunities and Challenges”. 

A delegation from Benha University included Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. El Sayed Foda, the Dean of the Faculty of Law participated in the International Exhibition on Higher Education 2016 in the Sultanate of Oman.
It is worth mentioning that Benha University pavilion attracted students of postgraduate studies in the disciplines of law, engineering, information technology, business administration, Arabic, human resources, and veterinary medicine

The pavilion of Benha University in the International Exhibition on Higher Education 2016 in Oman has attracted a large number of students to ask about education programs in the Egyptian universities.
In the same context, Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs said the pavilion has attracted a large number of participants from various Arab countries to review and discuss the various education programs in Benha University indicating that more than 200 Arab and international universities and faculties participated in the Exhibition.

On Sunday, 14/02/2016 a workshop has been held to evaluate the performance of Benha University E-portal on Cloud Computing Environment at the University Council Hall with cooperation of Microsoft and Link companies. It is worth mentioning that Benha University is the first public university hosts the Cloud Computing Environment on its E-portal

     Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received Mrs. Laura Okzle, the Manager of the Protocol in the Embassy of Germany in Cairo in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the Advisor to the University President for Information Technology to discuss the scientific and academic cooperation ways with the Embassy in the various fields.

     The Board of Benha University Faculty Members Club held its first meeting after the elections in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs; Dr. Ezzat El Khayat, the Head of the Board; and Dr. Reda Omer, the Secretary General of the Club in addition to a number of faculty members.

In the frame of the State institutions caring to develop the Higher Education in Egypt, a salon has been held in Al-Ahram Foundation about “the Future of Higher Education Development in Egypt” in the presence of Mr. Alaa Thabet, the Chief Editor of Al Ahram Massai; Dr. Ashraf Hatem, the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; Dr. Roshdy Zahran, the President of Alexandria University; and Dr. Yasser Sakr, the President of Helwan University.

      Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs; a delegation from the Faculty of Agriculture under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Iraqy, the Faculty Dean has been participated in the 3rd International Conference of Tempus Programme held in the duration from 12/01/2016 to 15/01/2016 in Hurghada.

      Prof. Dr. Maher Hasab El Naby Khalil, the Advisor to Benha University President for Scientific Research and the Supervisor of the Scientific Research Fund said hat a workshop under the title of “Supporting the Research Projects of Young Researchers and Its Output on Benha University” will be held on Tuesday, 19/01/2016 at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches’ Affairs; and Prof. Dr. El Sayed El Kady, the Faculty Dean
