The International Conference of Higher Education held in Cape Town, South Africa has been launched with participation of more than 800 universities and education institutions from 90 countries. It is worth mentioning that Egypt has been represented by the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities “SCU” in addition to Benha and Alexandria Universities.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has opened the Annual Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor under the title of” Agriculture in Egypt and modern challenges” on Monday, 09/05/2016.
In this respect, the speakers of the Conference have handled the plans of agricultural development in Egypt in the light of the national project to reclaim one and half million feddans.
In cooperation with the British Cultural Council, the Scientific Researches Fund in Benha University organized a workshop on “How to apply for Projects financed by Newton/Moshraffa Fund” under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs.
