In the frame of Benha university’s endeavor to reinforce its international relationships, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-kady, the university president during his visit to the UAE, holds a meeting with prof.Dr. Abd El-Rahman bin Ebbed, the president of king Abd EL-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia and prof.Dr. Amin Bin Youssef Muhammad Nomaan, the vice president of king Abd EL-Aziz University. The meeting was attended by prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the CEO of Information technology and the university president’s chancellor of international relationships.

There is a round-table meeting between Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the scientific research academy and the representative of the Egyptian minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, Benha university president. The meeting was held to discuss the scientific cooperation between Egypt and China.

The international Egyptian-Chinese conference will be held in Benha University from 7-10-2017 to 10-10-2017. This conference will discuss many scientific topics and important researches in the presence of an official delegation included many Chinese universities presidents and scientists in different majors. 

Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs have met Mr. Zain Abbas, the Iraqi Consul in Cairo by the attendance of the deans of the faculties of arts and law to enhance the cooperation ways between the Egyptian Higher Education and the Iraqi Embassy in Cairo as well as encourage the Iraqi students to study in Benha University.

Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and Dr. Sung Wiming, the President of Beijing Language and Culture University signed a cooperation agreement for the scientific and student exchange by the attendance of Dr. Hussein Ibrahim, the Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Beijing on the sidelines of 2016 World-Class Universities Expo in Xi'an, China with participation of more than 100 world universities.

Calls for Applications to the Scientific Cooperation Projects between AUF Universities 2016 The Middle East Office of the AUF calls for applications to apply for the Scientific Cooperation Projects between AUF Universities 2016 throughout multilateral research projects of researchers in doctoral and postdoctoral aiming to develop the Middle East area through the following research fields: (Education Science - Humanities and Social Sciences – Law- Economy – Science of Environment, Water, and Energy – Biology and Health – Technology – Engineering – Mathematics – Chemistry).

     Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has received Mrs. Laura Okzle, the Manager of the Protocol in the Embassy of Germany in Cairo in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs; Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the Advisor to the University President for Information Technology to discuss the scientific and academic cooperation ways with the Embassy in the various fields.

        Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and Dr. Wang Fang, the Vice-president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have signed a cooperation memorandum to enhance the relations between the two sides in the field of agricultural science and technology.
