         Prof.Dr.Gamal El Saeed, the President of Benha University issued several decisions of appointments as following; Dr \ Nehad Mohamed Ali was appointed as the Faculty of Agriculture deputy for community service and Environment affairs. Dr \ Mazen Mohammed Selim was appointed as the deputy for Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence , Dr \ Ashraf Shawqy Selim was appointed as the deputy for Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Engineering.Dr\ Elham Mohammed Salama was appointed as the head of Entomology.Dr\ Dina Mohsen Ali was appointed as the head of Botany department.Dr\ Mohammed Ali Atya was appointed as the head of Physics department.El Saeed hopes for them best wishes and great success at their positions.

Visit of Prof. Dr. Gamal Al-Saied, President of Benha University and Dr. Hussein Al-Magraby, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Science in Benha University accompanied by Dr. Lotfi Ibrahim Abu Salem, Dean of the College and the agents of the College to inspect the conduct of examinations in college.

The proposal to conclude a protocol of cooperation with the representatives of the Japanese University, Sadat University and Prof. Nihad Mohammad Ali Al-Baraki, Acting Dean of the College for Environmental Affairs and Community Service was discussed in the framework of the activities of the Vice Dean for Environmental Development and Community Service.

Postgraduate examinations began at the Faculty of Science in Benha University. Prof. Dr. Lotfi Ibrahim Abu Salem, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Ashraf Farouk, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, inspected the examination committees and ensured the proper conduct of examinations.

Dr. Talat Younis Mohamed Yahiya, Professor of Chemistry Department in Faculty of Sciences has been died. We ask God to honor him with his mercy and to inspire his family patience and solace.

Benha University held a ceremony honoring the organizers of the second phase of the initiative of the Egyptian industry from the participating faculties of the initiative and the deans, faculty members and students of technical education who were trained at Benha University.

Prof. Dr. Gamal Al-Saied, President of Benha University and Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel gafar, Governor of Qalioubia, honored and delivered certificates of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Lotfi Ibrahim Abu Salem, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Prof. Nihad Al-Baraki, Acting Dean for Community Service and Development, Dr. Mohamed El-Baz, Dr. Mohamed Abu Ria, who are in charge of training the students of technical education in the College.

The Faculty Council under presidency of Dr \Gamal El Saeed , the University president , Prof. Dr. Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and Faculties' deans has approved the suggested plan to develop the Digital Information Network of the University. On the other hand, Dr \ Tarek El Sheshtawy , the executive manager for Information technology said that the development plan for the digital Information network  at Benha University requires strengthen the infrastructure , internet and upgrade the internet speed at all faculties .  

A delegation from Benha University under the chairmanship of Dr. Gamal El-Said, President of the University and Dr. Hussein El Magraby, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, will participate in the activities of the first international forum for higher education and scientific research between the present and the future from 4-6 April in the new administrative capital. Dr. Al-Saied said that we are keen to participate in this global scientific forum and view the successes achieved by Benha University in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship. He pointed out that Benha University is one of the oldest universities where the Faculty of Agriculture in Muthahr was established more than 100 years ago in addition to the distinguished location of the university geographically to its proximity to Cairo and its presence in the heart of the delta as well as the spread of its faculties Benha, Muthahr and Shubra

A delegation from Benha University included Dr. Amal El-Feki, Director of the Anti-Violence against Women Unit, Professor at the Faculty of Education, Faten Kharboush and the Secretary of the Assistant University for Community Service and Environment Development participated in the celebration of honoring the Egyptian woman and the ideal mother organized by the National Council for Women to honor the Egyptian woman and the ideal mother. The celebration was held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.

In a recent meeting chaired by Dr. Gamal Al-Said, the President of the University and the presence of Dr. Hussein Al-Magraby, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the deans of the faculties, he approved the disbursement of a grant of LE 650 to all employees of the university's staff -On the occasion of the holy month.
