In a meeting between benha University 's delegation and the professor, Cheng youngzong, it has been agreed upon a schedule to initiate the common project between benha University and China to save 30% of rice's irritation water

Benha University gained a lot of offers form great edifices in China as follows: (1) the Chinese science Academy offers to sign a cooperation protocol with Benha University, (2) D.C. Logan offers to cooperate with Benha University in the field of energy, (3) a well-known company in China which produces Ethanol offers to cooperate with Benha university and (4) Benha university was invited to sign a cooperation protocol to teach Arabic language to the non-natives in the international language institute in Nyanja province.  All these offers result in Benha university president’s visit to China as he meets Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province to discuss the ways of cooperation between Egypt and China. 

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president inaugurates the exhibition of China and the Arab countries in Yinchuan. EL-Kady is keen on participating in this event which host Egypt as a guest of honor for first time. The inauguration is attended by Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the scientific research academy and the representative of the Egyptian minister of higher education.

There is a round-table meeting between Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the scientific research academy and the representative of the Egyptian minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, Benha university president. The meeting was held to discuss the scientific cooperation between Egypt and China.

Benha University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affair has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the President’s Deputy of International Studies University Dr. Hi Jin Beaw. In his word, Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin has praised the strong relations between Egypt and China at all fields. The Chinese delegation has visited faculty of Arts and the new Chinese department to follow up status of students’ in presence of Prof.Dr. Abeer El Rabbat, the Faculty dean.
