El Saeed Heads the University Council

Benha University Council was held under presidency of Prof.Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, the University president, Dr\ Alaa Abd El Haleem , Al Qalioubia governor, Prof. Dr\ Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs , faculties' deputies and the council's members .El Saeed confirmed that Benha University works by all of its abilities , experiences , scientists and researchers to serve its local community . El Saeed also thanked Dr\ Alaa Abd El Haleem , Al Qalioubia governor for his support to the various activities that organized by the University at all sectors. El Saeed congratulated Mr.Refaar El Nan for his new position as the general supervisor for administrative affairs at El Obour branch and hoped for him best wishes.

The university council under the presidency of prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, thanks the university hospitals administration for the efforts exerted by the professors, the university’s employees for taking care of the patients in the various departments in the hospitals. The university president says that always receives messages from the patients and their relatives in addition to expressing his happiness for the trust of the patients in the professors and the employees of the faculty of medicine for what they do serve the patients and the community.

Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research states that the university council, headed by Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, approves to fund five research projects to serve then national projects. The fields are as follows:

1-    The reclamation of new lands

2-    Fish farming

3-    Renewable new energy

4-    New roads

5-    Water resources
