El Gizawy holds Meeting to launch the 1st Summer School on Space Science at BU

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs held a meeting to launch the 1st Summer School on Space Science at BU branch in Obour City with collaboration of the Egyptian Space Agency "ESA" I the presence of Dr. Kareem Eldish, the Academic Manager; DR. Omer Hanafy, the Head of the Surveying Engineering Department at Shubra Faculty of Engineering; Dr. Ayman El Shahaby, the Professor at Shubra Faculty of Engineering; Dr. Mohamed Kasab, the Head of the Mechanical Systems Division at ESA; and Eng/ Wasiem Hossam, from the Department of Earth stations at ESA. It is worth mentioning that the Summer School will be under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed ElKoosy, the CEO of ESA and Dr. Gamal El Saeed, the University President

Qalyoubia Governor and BU President inspect the Site of the New Specialized Hospital

Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor and Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President inspected the site of establishing the new Benha University specialized hospital in the presence of Prof. Dr. Randa Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Mustafa Elqady, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in addition to the Faculty professors, Vice-deans, the Manager and Deputies of the University hospital.
El Hagan listened to an explanation from the Faculty Dean about the implementation stages of the new specialized hospital project and the medical services that will provide to citizens.
During the tour, El Hagan directed to remove any obstacles facing the implementation of the project, which is one of the important under construction health projects to serve the people of Qalyoubia and the neighboring governorates.
In the same context, El Saeed said that Benha University, with all its capabilities, scholars, experts and researchers, is in the service of Qalyoubia, indicating that the project of establishing the specialized hospital is a medical achievement and a significant shift for the medical service provided to the citizens of Qalyoubia and the Delta governorates.
El Saeed pointed out that 50 million Egyptian pounds from the University self-financing have been allocated to be a nucleus of starting the preliminary work for the establishment of the new specialized hospital adding that another 50 million Egyptian pounds are being generated from self-resources.
